These terms apply to water tanker delivery services provided by Water Tankers Dubai in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By booking a delivery with us, you agree to these terms.
We provide water tanker delivery including sweet water, swimming pool water, construction water, labour camp supply, residential delivery, emergency delivery, TSE and irrigation water, salt water supply, and rainwater and flood water removal.
We do not provide sewage or wastewater collection services.
All bookings are subject to tanker availability at the time of request. Where we give an expected arrival time, it is an estimate made in good faith and may be affected by traffic, weather, access conditions and demand.
Pricing depends on the water type, tanker capacity, quantity, delivery location and timing. We confirm the price with you before dispatch. Prices quoted are for the specific delivery discussed and may change for later bookings.
You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable vehicle access to the delivery point, and for telling us in advance about any access restriction, gate, height limit, or condition affecting delivery.
Where a tanker cannot complete a delivery because access was not as described, or nobody is available to receive the delivery, a charge may apply.
You are responsible for telling us the intended use of the water so we can supply the appropriate type. Salt water and TSE or irrigation water are supplied for specified non-domestic applications only and must not be used for drinking, domestic use or swimming pools.
If you need to cancel or change a booking, contact us as early as possible. A charge may apply where a tanker has already been dispatched.
We carry out deliveries with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage arising from inaccurate information provided to us, unsuitable or unsafe access, defects in your tank, pipework, pump or storage, or from use of water for a purpose other than the one described to us.
Sweet water supplied through Water Tankers Dubai is sourced from the EGA Jebel Ali facility. Water Tankers Dubai is an independent tanker-service provider and is not an official representative, partner or affiliate of EGA.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
